Returns & Exchanges

At Dearborn Denim & Apparel, we want you to love your fit. If your items aren't perfect, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our Chicago factory.
