Every pair of our jeans is designed, cut, and sewn right in our Chicago factory to ensure the highest quality standards and fair labor practices.
How do I find my perfect fit?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Since we use premium fabrics with specific stretch characteristics, we recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already love and comparing them to our size chart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. We want to make sure your denim fits perfectly, so domestic exchanges are always free.
How should I care for my raw or stretch denim?
To preserve the color and fit, we recommend washing your denim inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid high heat dryers to prevent shrinkage and fiber breakdown.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer custom hemming on our jeans to ensure you get the exact inseam you need. Please note that custom-hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Once your package leaves our Chicago facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
